Roof Inspection, Repair & Replacement
Not every roof problem means you need a new roof. We inspect the roof, find what’s actually wrong, and explain whether repair or replacement makes sense.
Have a leak, missing shingles, damage you can see from the yard, or no real idea what shape your roof is in? We’ll inspect it and explain what we find, including when there’s nothing that needs fixing. We inspect both residential and commercial roofs.
When the damage is limited to one area, a repair is often the right call, not a stepping stone to a sales pitch. Typical repairs include damaged or missing shingles, failed flashing, leaks around vents, pipes and other roof penetrations, and other localized leak sources. Whether a repair will hold depends on the roof around it, and if it won’t, we’ll tell you.
When damage is widespread, the roof is worn out, or repairs have stopped holding, replacement may make more sense. We remove the existing roofing system and install a replacement suited to the building, and we walk you through the options before any work starts.

Hail, high wind and severe storms are part of life in Texas, and they are hard on roofs. Storm damage isn’t always obvious from the ground. Bruised or cracked shingles, lifted tabs and dented vents or flashing are easy to miss from the driveway.

Signs worth paying attention to include leaks or ceiling stains, missing or damaged shingles, granules collecting in the gutters, sagging areas, and a roof that is getting old. Those signs tell you something is wrong, but not how big the problem is. An inspection is the reliable way to find out whether a repair will do the job or replacement makes more sense.
Often, yes. Many leaks come from a specific source, such as flashing, a pipe boot, a vent or a damaged section of shingles, and can be repaired on their own.
